Shipping & Tracking Information

What shipping carriers do you use?

When will I receive the tracking number?

• As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

• When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number from the carrier.
• The order is usually shipped within 1-5 business days after the order has been placed.

Do you deliver to my country?

• We do ship to all countries.

What happens if I refuse the delivery or if I don't collect the order?

• If you don’t collect the parcel or if you’re not available to accept the parcel on the scheduled date for delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then charge a fee for shipping and administrative costs of the unclaimed parcel.

How long does the delivery take?

• Once the order is shipped, when you have received the tracking number, it usually takes 5-14 business days for you to receive your order.

Can I expect additional import, customs, or VAT fees?

• Custom and VAT fees may apply when ordering from countries outside Mongolia. The fees are charged by the revenue & customs of the country where the product is being shipped to. The cost of such additional fees will be imposed on you as a customer. Wind of the Steppe does not take responsibility for custom and VAT fees since it is not a fee applied by us.

Can I cancel my order?

• Please note that we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, and may, therefore, not be able to fulfill your wish to cancel the order if it is packed and ready to be sent out. You are welcome to return your order for a refund. Kindly also note that we are unable to return the shipment while it is on its way to you by contacting the courier. Beyond that, if you refuse delivery and the return is automatically returned to us, we may charge you for the return shipment - a fee of up to 50 USD. We recommend receiving the order and shipping it back to us as this return is less expedient but considerably cheaper.

How do I return my order?

• It can take up to 2 weeks to process a return once we have received it. The return department will contact you via email as soon as your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
